Highly recommend Meghan Riley Bowling to anyone looking to sell their house! Meghan sold my parents townhome in Druid Hills when they needed to move to assisted living. It was a very difficult transition for them and they fought the move every step of the way. My father made it nearly impossible for her, yet Meghan was incredibly patient, understanding and compassionate. She had a great team of experts to help my parents get the place ready to sell. Meghan is also an interior designer so she staged the place and made it beautiful to show. She handled every obstacle they threw at her with grace. I am forever grateful for her professionalism and kind heart during a very difficult time for my family.

Our experience was not great at all. They helped us buy a house, but as out-of-towners moving to Atlanta, they did not advise us of problems in the area to watch for, including whether or how to check and verify if the house has current code violations. Now, we are stuck in a home, which has serious code violations, because in Atlanta, code violations run with the house, and now we are in a very, very bad situation. Even if the inspection failed, which in this case it did, advisable on how to check this could have helped save us a lot of worry, trouble, and financial loss.

I used Tracy Dowdell at Keller Knapp Realty when searching for my first home to purchase in the Atlanta area recently. Tracy was extremely professional, always fought for me in any and all negotiations, and stuck with me for about 2 months of searching for my home plus the due diligence/closing period. I always felt like Tracy never forgot about anything I needed to do, sign, etc.., and was always on top of her game. Needless to say, she exceeded her initial role as realtor from my initial interest in purchase to final point of sale, by going above and beyond after the sale was complete. I was having a warranty issue, and Tracy stepped in and helped me get the issue resolved when I thought I was going to have no other options since the company was not being 100% helpful in resolving the issue initially. I cannot recommend Tracy enough. She is kind, empathetic, but straight to business when the time demands it. Would highly recommend.
