Pat has helped us buy and sell multiple properties and has been exceptional at marketing. He understands the markets the homes are in and how to properly set them up for success. He does a great job of understanding the sellers and buyers wishes and has been great at negotiating to get the best outcomes for everyone. The only thing I think he could add to his arsenal is to do a weekly check in to keep updated on the movement of the property but he does a good job of communicating when there is news/advice to be shared.

I like to call Pat, The Magician. Heres why: I am an investor and have bought and sold a few houses over the last couple years, and Pat has by far been the best realtor Ive used. After having about a year long failed listing on a property I was selling, which included two other realtors listing it for me and not being able to get it done, Pat saw my expired listing and reached out. He guaranteed me that he could get my property under contract and sold within 30 days, and at a price I wanted instead of continuing to lower the price. I was a bit hesitant after hearing that, based on my experiences with this property over the last year, but I agreed to give him a chance.. This man had three showings on the first day after I partnered with him and we got the house under contract, at the price we wanted, BEFORE HE EVEN HAD A CHANCE TO LIST IT. Before Pat, aka The Magician, I was starting to lose hope Id be able to sell it. But Pat has an incredible network and made it happen for me just like he promised, and it feels like magic that he was able to make it happen so quickly and smoothly. He was always available and willing to talk, help out in many ways, was constantly proactive, and took a year of nothing but stress and disappointment and quickly turned it into a very positive and successful experience. Pats team was also very responsive and willing to help in any way that I needed. And on a personal level, Pat always made me feel like I was a friend and that I had known him for years. I am very grateful for everything he has helped me with. Pat is now my go-to guy. The whole experience with him and his team was top notch, and Im happy to say Ive gained a new friend.

Pat was a fantastic partner in helping us find our new home! There are so many details and things to follow up about the home buying process, and Pat was so proactive and reliable that it made the process smooth and easy. Pat was always available to meet us at odd times, even arranging for us to see the house we ended up buying over a holiday weekend. Pat's extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the Decatur community, and really helped us understand the true value of the property we were buying. He successfully negotiated with the seller's agent to contribute a significant amount to our closing costs, and even referred us to local service people who will help us even after our closing. Even better, Pat's an extremely kind, positive person who's doing wonderfully positive things in the community.
