They will not allow you to order over the phone. Im a driver and they answered the phone to tell me they dont take orders over the phone and to place an order online. So I need to pull over to order from a place that Im only a few minutes away from??? I dont appreciate the extra time to order a delivery meal.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I ordered a mixed greens and rice bowl with the umami tofu, which Ive had before and know is supposed to be cooked and marinated. Check out the marketing photo Im including from their Facebook page, then compare it to my photo of the RAW, flavorless tofu they slapped on top of my order. Somebody clearly made a mistake in the kitchen and threw something from tomorrows prep station into my meal. My husband drove all the way home before he noticed and now theyre closed, so I just have to throw it in the trash and eat cereal for dinner. I didnt expect a fine dining experience from Decaturs latest strip mall, but really? This is what I paid $13 for? This isn't the first time theyve messed up my order, but it will be the last. I will not be going back, and I recommend you stay far away too. This place just cannot get it together.

Romancia and her team was so amazing and professional! They made sure to take care of us with extra tender care and never once gave me a hard time when I was indecisive at the counter! They even gave great suggestions based on what I like! I would encourage anyone to xome to this location!!
