Effin Egg

Never got our food despite dining in and waiting over 30 minutes. Customer service is horrible. There were two employees working the morning we went in and neither spoke English. I had to use Google translate to ask for a refund for which I got a significant amount of pushback now at 45 minutes past time of order and they still hadnt started our order. We were the only customers in the store and they were filling pick up orders one every 15 minutes or so. We had just ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches nothing overly complicated. I would not recommend this place.

I've been wanting to try this place for quite sometime. I finally had the opportunity and I enjoyed my visit. The food was good. I ordered bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich w/a side of tater tots & orange juice. It looks like a very trendy breakfast joint in Downtown Decatur. I went there at a time of day that it wasn't too busy which was helpful. There wasn't a long wait for ordering & my receiving my food. I also ate it there. Overall was a very positive experience.

First off, the lady at the counter is rude as hell. I didnt even order I just walked out. I came in today at 1:32 on 3/15. She is sitting there eating on her phone doesnt even say hello. Secondly, they have a touch menu she doesnt show us what todo or anything just sits and watches her phone like thats why shes there. We walked right out, didnt even bother messing with the screen
