We really cant say enough nice things about Jeff, he is the epitome of southern hospitality. When we moved from Colorado to Atlanta in late 2021 Jeff helped make the process vastly easier than we could have ever imagined. He is a wealth of local knowledge and was able to help direct our search to areas we might otherwise have missed. We absolutely love the house we found and we owe that in large part to Jeff! Jeff Johnson is a friend of my son who helped him when he bought his home. Later, when my daughter decided to move, she called on Jeff, also. That is why we chose Jeff when we finally decided to make the move from Augusta to Atlanta to be closer to our children. Jeff was wonderful and, oh, so patient as my husband was very reluctant to move which resulted in nearly two years of looking at perspective houses. Jeff was courteous, professional, honest, and always responsive to our requests to view houses. He made us feel like friends, thereby, making the whole process easy. Even though he lived almost one hour away from the area that we were interested in, he always made time to meet us at our convenience. He would even text us ahead of time if he wasn't going to be available for some reason such as an upcoming vacation. Not only was Jeff receptive to our long-distance trips to Atlanta to see houses, but he very much gave us good advice about houses which really gave us the tools to make decisions, since we are both over 70. We were impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. When we had specific questions about a property, he was quick to research or question the owner or other real estate agent. He was well versed in dealing with other agents. When we finally settled on a house and started the process of the mortgage paperwork, Jeff was an indispensable communicator between us and the bank. He was so patient with our endless questions about how, when, and why certain procedures had to be completed. Not being technology savvy people, he "held our hands" and walked us through every aspect of the mounds of paperwork that had to be finished. As it had been over 30 years since we'd bought a house, it was overwhelming for us. Jeff made the entire process not only bearable, but easy. He was diligent in keeping us informed about all the steps involved between choosing and completing the purchase. Jeff's promptness, knowledge of the market, kindness, patience, easy-going personality, and good energy made the chaotic house purchase simple and less stressful for us. If we have to go through the process of selling and buying another house, we will definitely use Jeff again!

Jeff Johnson is a awesome realtor. He Has been a seller agent for me, and a buyer agent for me in the past. Before I knew Jeff, had my home in Atlanta listed with another agent for three months and had zero hits on the property. When Jeff had the property listed, I had a contract on it within a couple weeks. Jeff Johnson is my go to realtor for now on.

We can not recommend Jeff enough! He handled two complicated transactions for us, selling our house and buying another one the same week! He was extremely diligent and patient and we were able to laugh together through it all. We loved working with Jeff!
