      image If I could've gave this location no stars I would have. The branch manager have Teeeeerrible customer service he doesn't have any since of urgency at all!! I arrived at this location and sit down and waited for almost an hour just for him to keep pushing the time back. Then after that he suggested me going to another location STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION the manager don't care!!!

      image So slow! Drive thru should be faster by now. If we can't go in find a way to speed up the process You ever been in line like what the heck is that person ahead of you doing?!!!!. It's not the customer it's the teller. SLOW! I like the bank and the online portal, and pre covid I think they did okay. Post covid SUCKS
