If it was possible to put 10 stars, I would. Kim and the team have tirelessly helped me through this entire home buying process, from providing helpful updates to making sense of all the numbers. I was encouraged to ask questions throughout this process, and I was provided the details I needed to make informed decisions. Kim and her team were beat in class! The thoroughness and speed of my closing process blew me away. Kim was also extremely personable taking time to have 1:1 calls with me to discuss my options. She was thoughtful about what was in my best interest regardless of the impact to her. I plan to continue investing in real estate and will use Kims team every time!

This was our first home buying experience and Kim and her team made the process ridiculously easy - they were available at what felt like 24/7 to answer any of our questions and concerns. Kim us to the best option for our home loan with a much more reasonable interest rate than other lenders we had shopped with. We also didn't think closing would be so quick but they got it done in a timeline that really helped us out in the long run. 10/10 would recommend them for new homeowners and current ones alike.

Kim and her team are absolutely wonderful! She really guided us every step of the way, help us understand each number and every document. If we had a doubt, she was right there for us. Out of 5 stars we would really give her 6, because she feels like a companion from the very beggining, to the last day at closing and beyond, helping us with those property taxes and so many other things you have to be aware after buying a property. Would 100% reccomend using her and Fairway Mortgage

I have worked with Kim on several loans now and she has always been really great to work with! She is very knowledgeable and is really good at explaining everything! Her communication is always quick as well! I would (and do) highly recommend working with Kim!
