        After waiting in line for 15 minutes, one staff member let a different driver in before me. Unprofessional The mechanics told me they do not perform oil changes on my 2024 Chevy Malibu. Also, they mentioned this is the same at all locations. Unless you personally know these jokers, head to a better location.

        Lazy workers!! Always an excuse not to work. How they stay in business?!? Before Pulling in, one of the guys meet in the parking lot saying they only have top premium oils which mean prices start at 100 bucks versus usual 85. Okay cool, lets do it. Pull in, oh you have an active leak so bad we can't change it!! If it was that bad shouldn't I see oil in yard? Terrible service!! Hope owner is aware workers are running away business. Much better service in Gwinnett. Head guy says if your mechanic say it is okay, I will give you a discount when you return.
