The worst experience during oral surgery in my life. They couldnt get me to sleep for some reason, but incidentally I had 2 other teeth extracted in 2020 and 2021 and they had no problem getting me to sleep, but this butcher just went and got a syringe and jabbed my jaw and began destroying my tooth! He never asked me or said nothing, he just started pulling, crushing and yanking and Im yelling the whole time!!! Do not go to this butcher!!! Ive had 25 surgeries done in my life and this was the most traumatic 45 minutes ever!!! Ill never be back and Ill tell everyone to stay away from this guy. Very unprofessional to say the least!!!! Ill pull my own teeth first!!

This is the best Dental Institution Ive ever visited! Everyone from the receptionist to the Doctor were very efficient, comforting and knowledgeable which allowed me to really relax throughout my experience. 10/10 for sure, I highly recommend! May God continue to bless all who are involved with this practice!

WARNING: They will play insurance games, telling you that your surgery will be covered, then when the insurance company doesn't go for it, you get stuck with the full cost.
I was told my extraction would be a $390 copay, and that it would be processed as though the doctor was in-network, even though he wasn't. So now they're trying to stick me with the remaining $1100+

I had two teeth surgically removed. However, beforehand l was very nervous because, as most, l don't like going to the dentist. The office was very clean and orderly. The staff was reassuring, professional and friendly. Dr. Lewis' friendly and professional mannerism made me feel at ease during the consultation as well as before the surgery. My mouth does NOT feel like it has been stretched to its limits and back and I am a happy camper. Thank you Dr. Lewis. Yvonne Edge

I visited their Decatur Georgia office for an emergency appointment. I was seen very promptly however the service I received was not the best to say the least. I was charged over $300 for an extraction for one tooth
(With insurance). the dentist seemed irritated when I asked about implants. the dentist told me the options as if he was reading off a sheet of paper instead of explaining what the best option would be for me so I just brushed it to the side and decided at that moment I would find another dentist for that.. with the extraction, the local anesthesia was not working affectively and I was still feeling a lot of pain, once the procedure was done the dentist sighed in relief And left without any concern even though I was clearly in pain. what should have been a simple extraction was a very painful experience for me, and I am still experiencing pain and swelling the next day, and the only thing that was prescribed was ibuprofen. I felt rushed, overcharged, and I feel as though the dentist did not have my best interest in mind. The lady at the front desk was nice tho..
