I love Dr. Bhatti, Charli, and the entire Atlanta Spine team. When I say this group cares and will try to do everything can to help you feel better, they will help you feel better. They are amazing! Kind, caring, and compassionate with the skills added into it all. You want to come here. They will not jump immediately to surgery, they will try everything else first which is a plus.

First time leaving a negative review, but I wanted to give my experience to hopefully better protocols at the office. I came in for a neck injury, and an MRI was ordered by the nurse practioner I saw. She listened well, was very thorough, and did a great job in my opinion. Once I received the results I saw Dr. Bhatti to go over them. However, we never really went over them. He was in my room 2-3 minutes total. Im a jiu-jitsu athlete and told him I had injured my neck. He let me know that my MRI didnt show anything of major concern, which I was relieved to hear, and that i had a few bulging discs. I asked him what might have happened to cause the numbness and pain I was experiencing and he said he wasnt sure. My neck has given me issues off and on for many years, so Im familiar with the medical protocols for how to treat it, and I suggested that perhaps I get cortisone injections and start physical therapy and he agreed that those were good steps to take. He said he would write me a script for physical therapy and that the front office would call me to schedule the injections. However, neither of those things occurred. I was given a handout for neck exercises to perform at home and no one reached out to schedule my shots. A little over a month later I received an email that I had an appointment scheduled with another nurse practioner from the office. When I called I asked what this appointment was for, and told them that no one ever followed up with me. They informed me that an order for my injections was never put in and a script for physical therapy was never written. They offered to start the process for those today and said it would take several weeks to get approved by my insurance. Luckily I have a fellow training partner who is a physical therapist, and he has been treating me in the interim, although I have had to pay him out of pocket. This is one of the few times I really just felt like another number to a doctors office, and assuming my experience wasnt just a one off oversight, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a spine doctor.
