Dan is very attentive. If he missed our calls, he returned them in a reasonable time. He didnt treat my loved one like a criminal but, listened and worked hard for a favorable outcome.

I would like to Alex Merritt of the DeWoskin law firm was an outstanding lawyer. He is on top of his game. Alex was very informative and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I contacted Dan's office to help with with a consumer debt issue. He was comforting, professional, and confident that he was going to be able to go above and beyond in taking my case. In the end, he kept his promises. Everything that he said he was going to do happened. I now have that consumer debt gone and completely scrubbed from my credit report history thanks to Dan. His front office manger, Michelle, is also very professional and responsive to emails. I would recommend Dan to anyone in a heartbeat and would contact again for representation if need be.
