This company was very responsive. Our technician was Rashid who was very thorough and professional. Rashid was able to come out ASAP after another unprofessional company trapped a raccoon in our chimney shaft, ultimately leaving us with a dead momma Raccoon and baby raccoon. The odor was VERY foul in our home so I was extremely happy that Rashid was able to come out very quickly and resolved our issue. His level of professionalism was outstanding.
