        By far the best place I brought my babies to! The process to book an appointment is so simple and I throughly enjoyed the service from start to finish! The lady who took my babies was so kind and patient. If I could give Swag Pets 6 stars I would!!

        This is my niece Luna third time coming here. She absolutely loves Ashley. She never hesitates to go with her. I think they secretly have a party or something because Luna wants to stay. Auntie Ashley is an effective communicator, and I never have an issue with her grooming. I either ask what she thinks or tell her what I want or need done, and it's done! I will continue to bring her here as long as her and my brother are here in Ga.

        My sweet pups ear was cut ( and got infected) and so was his paw. This place came highly recommended for behavioral dogs, and was assured by the groomer that hed be fine. It Cost too much for such poor haircut, eventhough my dog was matted he didnt deserve to walk out looking like this, no beard, nor his signature Mohawk . Beyond disappointed!

      We are sorry to hear this!!!! We work with a number of Schnauzers on a weekly basis and we loved working with Rocko as we was made aware of his behavioral issues prior. We would have loved to have kept his beard and his signature Mohawk but as stated he was severely matted. Even with behavioral issues we can still maintain the looks. As explained he had matting around his whole head connecting his head hair to ear hair and upon trying to safely remove His ear was nicked and upon pick up I made you aware of this, his beard could not be dematted safely and to do what’s best for the pet I explained it would have to be started over, same with paw pads he had matting as well in between his pads due to not liking them done but I was able to get done which then left irritation from the matting previous. Last our speaking on 7/2 as this was 6/28 you were advised of what to do and from there I never received anymore messages besides “Ok will do”. Again we apologize about this we definitely tried to give him a better experience and also a healthier cost from matting and pain. We will reach out shortly!!! We really appreciate your review to help us to learn and grow.
