        Incredible customer service its rare people actually care and do their job well now a days so it makes me extra grateful. I moved and my old store carried Steves real food and this new store didnt carry it. Until Jamie came around shes gone above and beyond for me to be able to purchase this food at the Decatur location. Jamie really values customers having a great experience and it shows. This post is a Jamie appreciation post. Static is also very happy as you can see.

        It'd be helpful if they had more "city" animal products. I mentioned Timothy Hay for a guinea pig, and was met with a look of bewilderment..was told they're more dog and cat, so definitely more Hollywood than feed..if you're just looking for just basic pet supplies, then they can probably help you..also, no Hill's Prescription Diet products
