Hi Claudia, thanks for your honest feedback. Our founder specifically wanted Jazzercise to be a no judgment zone so she turned customers away from mirrors. It is very intentional that we do not have mirrors as is line with our franchise standard. We apologize that there was a sound issue in your class. Sometimes our wireless mics can become muffled, especially with increased humidity. We take great pride in our choreography as each move and routine is carefully packaged by our taping team and exercise physiologists at Jazzercise Inc. I would like to personally invite you to take another class. It typically takes two to three classes to get the "feel and flow" as Jazzercise is not a 'traditional" dance class, but meant to be a fun cardio dance experience. I will message you directly to find a couple of times where you can come back.
