These highly skilled instructors work with every client individually using classical and contemporary Pilates to help create stronger and more balanced bodies that function better in real life! Even with 6 or 7 students in the studio using 3 or 4 different pieces of equipment, they coach with succinct clarity to each individuals needs. Their knowledge and ability is impressive and you see the results in students bodies over time. For me, life changing! I started at this studio after a year at one in Chamblee (who were great instructors but constantly talked politics). I was preparing for spine surgery and safe strength training was in needed. My (fusion) surgery was November if 2022 and I was back at Pilates by January (which my surgeon approved over regular PT after reading the instructor bios) and in the weight room by May. I'm stronger and leaner at 60 than I was at 35. On top of the amazing results is I always feel fantastic after an hour at Align Movement and Design. I know the work I do there pays off and they have taught me a home practice I can take anywhere with no equipment. FANTASTIC place. If you check it out, we will meet there. I go 2-3 times every week unless I'm traveling!

Samantha and Patricia are dedicated instructors who pay attention to detail while in the studio. Its not only a great workout, but they also make sure to keep an eye out for proper form and give excellent instructions. They show great experience for beginners and more advanced individuals.

The instructors are excellent, lots of different types of equipment! Excellent individualized guidance. I have been going to Align for 14 months and my quality of life is improving significantly.

Bottom line is if you want to see results and start feeling better this is the place to go all of the instructors I have had here are very professional. Free electric car charger across the street is nice too.
