Loved our experience with Jon! He came highly recommended for a reason. We wanted our shower drain snaked, a faucet repaired and ended up needing a new toilet. He was quick to respond throughout the whole process, kept us informed of costs, and explained the best options for our situation. We learned a lot about toilets and are sitting pretty on our new throne. Will be using him every time we need our plumbing looked at going forward.

Jon just left and I'm so thrilled that he was able to diagnose and fix our plumbing problems! While he was here, he listened to our concerns and after investigating further, was able to determine the root of the issues.
He was great at explaining what was the problem and how he fixed it. Jon is very kind, professional, and answered all of my questions.
