I have a long history with Mr. Gilbert. Back in 2014 when I was selling my house, I found Andrew randomly on a website ad. I figured another guy named "Andrew" can't be that bad, right? I got to know Andrew well during my selling process back then. He was always so friendly, helpful, never made me feel stupid for asking dumb questions, coordinated extra help when I needed it, and always gave me his honest opinion even if it meant he made less money from me. I really cannot say enough about Andrew - and not just because we have the same name! After we sold my house, I moved to San Diego. I returned to Atlanta 6 years later and guess who was one of my first calls to help me buy a house? That's right! Mr. Gilbert. It was so great to reconnect with him after all these years. And again, he exceeded my expectations. He was so patient with my pickiness, educating me on the market, various areas in Atlanta I was looking to buy, etc. I completely trust his guidance. As an anxious person, Andrew's calming influence was always welcomed and appreciated. My closing was a nightmare due to outside, unforeseen factors - disgruntled seller's relative - and Andrew guided me through all that anxiety and stress with a professional effortlessness he possess. I can now say I've used Mr. Gilbert for two transactions - one sell, one buy - and I will use him again if I ever sell my current house. Thank you, Mr. Gilbert!!!
