        My experience with Accel has been exceptionally positive. Waiting times are acceptable, the waiting room and offices are clean and pleasant, other participants are treated with respect, theres television and complimentary hot beverages. I always feel comfortable. All Accel personnel are friendly and courteous, Nadia remembers me, even though this is only my third visit in nearly two months. She has paid attention and taken care to create a warm relationship with me. Thank you.
