        Drkalb County Sanitation Customer Care. My street pickup was missed yesterday. I called spoke this a very pleasant professional person by the of name Krisynda. She listened to my concern and also researched to see if a neighbor has already called to report. Within 30 minutes they was on my street making the pickup. Ms Krisynda is customer care at it finest.

        This is ridiculous. They keep forgetting to pick up my trash. This past week they missed my whole block! How do you miss that many garbage cans on the side of the street? I don't know if these are new employees that don't know the route , but this is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to keep reminding them to pick up ALL the trash.

        It was a county sponsored recycling event so no complaints about free stuff. There were plenty of volunteers to take recyclable things out of cars. Although the line was long, we were moving very quickly.
