I lost hundreds of $ because of a mistake of this location! After loading ubox, I scheduled an ubox access 24 hours in advance. However, when I got to the location, a manager-like person (a short Hispanic female) there said that the ubox had been shipped and they can do nothing. I tried to communicate but the manager was very rude and just walked away. Since I have to catch a flight very soon, I have to throw away all the items that I failed to put into the box. (and my ubox is almost half empty). It is a loss of hundreds of dollars. I had smooth experiences with Uhaul in the past. But this time, it is really bad. Not only because of the mistake made by the location, but also the altitude they have towards the mistake. I am writing this message in the hope that Uhaul can improve the location and let the employees know that they should not treat custermoers like that.

They allow and charge for trailer hitch appointments to be reserved online for weekends, but when you drive out for the appointment, they inform you that they only install on weekdays

If I could give less I would. The manager the short Hispanic female, needs to learn a lot about dealing with customers. If/when a customer is feeling blindsided by some information they genuinely were not aware of and they have questions and are confused and upset. You as a manager dont feed into it and in turn make them feel worse. In any situation when dealing with customers empathy and compassion goes a long way. She is a liability to the brand and I will encourage anyone if you have a choice to rent and acquire storage at other locations. She is a liar also.12/2/2023 02/06/2024 I filed an official complaint on the manager on 12/2/2023. I was told the regional manager would contact me in 72 hours. I have yet to receive a call, email, snail mail or smoke signal. U-Haul do better. The manager is coldlike she has a black heart & the way she looks at you. Is that hire you train your staff to be. Avoid this location.
