Would have been 5 , if the manager wasn't down right the worst as a male manager,and made me feel like I was dirt as a female shopper!!! ** Well the young lady was amazing**. Now her manager on the other hand,was the worst experience EVER ! HE tried to sale me a size 10, in the white and gold New Balance, for my teen daughter, in man shoe, he over charged me for clearly marked down snap back hats, and tried to patronize me after I advised him of his error He said u can bring it back but you won't get your money back and LAUGHED ,after I spent $600 and completed my transaction. I will be returning the unworn Jordans and I will not ever be returning as the manger should be fired, Immediately! Also I might add, he added his name to the receipt,as a sales person and he did not sale me anything. The young lady did. Also this was the Belvedere Decatur Georgia, Memorial Drive and Columbia Drive Location. I will remain loyal to City Gear! hope that others Never Shop this location with this overbearing,rude, egotistical , and extremely unprofessional behavior. Might I add, discrimination is what I first encountered upon entering the store and he snubbed the other female sales woman,who approached me 1st, in a condescending tone, saying, "if you need help,holla at me".And I shook my head and walked off. My name is Officer Thomas and if you value service, Do not Shop At this Location. City Gear is in the same plaza about 30 ft. Away. Trust me, I went there and spent $1000 and got great service and gave everyone a $20 tip because they worked as a team and all were kind and great vibes. I have added a picture of the fabulous shoes the young lady got in the correct size and my daughter is so pleased. Thanks again young lady. You should be on the website as Employee of the Year for dealing with that hostile work environment. 1.I recommend filing Complaint with EEOC! 2.Charges should be filed!!! **Also when I go to return the Jordans today, I will get the young lady name and I will edit my review to give her the recognition she deserves. Best Service Ever.

Professional and polite, wasn't there just to make money. But made the sell very comfortable. Will be back.
