        I had a mid-18th century violin needing extensive restoration, a job I wouldn't trust to just any luthier. I could not be happier with Pablo's work. He has the skills of a Master luthier. Not only was he meticulous in the restoration, but he was able to free the voice and soul of the instrument: the violin plays like a dream. No hesitation recommending Alfaro Violins for any work.

        I would highly recommend Pablo, as he is incredibly knowledgeable and talented, while still being affordable. Not only are his own instruments beautiful in appearance and sound, but he also does an excellent job with repairs. I've always left his shop with my instrument sounding at its best.
