UPDATE: I went ahead and got my IUD installed here since I had waited so long for it. I waited for 3.5 hours - 1 hour in the waiting room. 1.5 hours in an exam room where I could hear the private medical issues of the person in the room next to me due to thin walls. No one ever came in to check on me. Next I'm lead to a new room and told to strip and I think "FINALLY" - well not quite. I waited for ANOTHER hour naked in a freezing cold room. The doctor came in and asked if I had taken ibuprofen as directed.... I said yes, but it was 4 hours ago now since I've been waiting so long... She said, you should be fine. Cue the most excruciating experience I've ever had, good thing she was done in 5 minutes and briskly out the door. I've never felt less cared for. I was like cattle in there. I cannot believe they have any good reviews. Previous review: Don't waste your time. I went in to get an IUD, the doctor was nice enough. They told me they would order it and contact me back within 4 weeks to schedule the appointment to install it. It's now been 7 weeks and no one has called me. I've called dozens of times to no answer. Currently have been on hold for 35 minutes. I called at 4.5 weeks and got an answer, only for them to tell me they werent sure if the one ordered for me had come in yet or not, but they "probably have an extra one lying around that they could use" for me. UM? Maybe that's what happened to my original one. Very unprofessional for a medical center.
