DONT GO HERE THEY HAD MOLD IN THE SINKS AND PLENTY HOLES IN THE DOORS OF THE ROOM, CIGARETTE BURNS IN THE SHEETS would give 0 stars if i could STAY AWAY!!

Horrible experience, the room was very bad with holes in the walls and doors, mold, cigarette burns, dirty carpet, and dilapidated furniture. The front desk staff also failed to let me know that after 15 minutes I could get no refund. I hadnt even touched anything or laid in the beds before asking for one. They failed to take into account how I had to park after getting the keys, grab my bag, and find the room. Depending on how many bags you have that could take the whole 15 minutes. I attempted to call the front desk from the phone in the room but the phone did not even work. So I went down to the front desk and was told it was too late to get a refund. Horrible experience and a waste of my hard earned money. Rooms: Horrible DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

This was genuinely the most disrespectful staff that ive ever met. I called after I made my reservation just to check if they would be okay with apple pay and to ask other questions that I didnt see on their website. The manager Jay picked up the phone very abruptly and proceeded to rush me to ask my question then hung up before I could even ask. The call was less than 10 seconds I didnt even get a chance to answer. I then called back thinking it was a mistake but he picked up the phone and left me in the background for 5 minutes after I asked my question. I then figured that the only way that I would get an answer was if I went to the front desk so I did and immediately he began to yell at me telling me to hurry up with my question after I had just told him good morning. I let him know that I just wanted to ask him a question and that he didnt have to yell at me and he said that he was too busy and had many customers to take care of at that time. Mind you, I was the only person in the lobby and the phone never rung. He then proceeded to yell at me and threaten me when I tried to inform the other people who were supposed to stay with me there about his behavior. I understand that his job can be stressful and I understand that he may have just had a bad day, but thats not an excuse to yell at a customer. I wish my encounter with this establishment wasnt so sour to the point where I had to cancel.
