Auto Tran

Went here about 2 years ago to get my emissions test done. I failed the test and was told my gas cap was loose and I needed to go up the street to NAPA auto parts, by a new one, put it on, and then come back. I then had to pay the full price even though I failed. I didnt replace the gas cap, and I took my car to another emissions place up the road and I passed with no problems. This place is a total scam if you ask me!

He (Marshall)is a scam. Don't go to him. He will say he changed something, but he really didn't. He will charge you for it. He is a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!! This mechanic shop is the worse shop I have ever used! First the guys asks for a deposit to look at my vehicle. Then the guy had my pickup truck for 3 months and never looked at my vehicle! Every time I called about my vehicle he would say Give me 10 mins Ill call you back!! Yesterday when I called about my vehicle the guy say, give me 10 mins and when I told him thats what hes been saying for 3 months and if he cant fixed my truck just give me my deposit back and Ill come get my truck! He gets mad and started cursing me out stating he would damage my vehicle because I called him out on his work! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! Services: Transmission, Engine repair

Run dont walk Run as fast as you can away from this place. Two months to work on Transmission and nothing fixed when I picked it up... RUN RUN
