I got my oil changed at this establishment about 3 weeks ago. I visited my parents this week and my dad checked my car like he normally does. He said it was obvious that the oil filter HAD NOT been changed so he did another oil change himself. This angers me greatly. Total waste of my time and money. I see other people saying the employees here are honest but clearly they are not! I've been a customer at this location for at least 10 years or more. You've lost my business permanently. I will not be returning!

The line was an hour and forty five minutes long and an oil change was $100. Couldnt do the other services I requested on my car due to it being too complicated of a model. The employees I interacted with were nice and tried to be helpful, but the only reason I went to this location was for the convenience of being able to get an alignment and an oil change in one place (I called ahead and told them the make/model of my car and what I needed and they said they could do it.) Shouldve gone to Walmart for their $50 oil changes.
