Listen, I never ask for help when Im in stores and just figure stuff out on my own. But the store wasnt really busy around 10 am and I needed help with 2 graduation outfits. When I tell you all 3 girls on staff jumped in to help, they were ready to make sure I looked my best in the outfits I had picked. Because you know how something looks like it matches but youre just not too sure? Yeah these girls made sure it was matching. They used what pieces I already found and liked and made it work. 10 out of 10 would recommend those ladies. Give them a raise right now because they were so sweet!

Changing prices when it's convenient for them. Found something on clearance, they tried to charge me twice as much as what the price tag said and said it was a mistake. Ridiculous

After reading some of the bad reviews, I was beyond hesitant to try this particular Windsor. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Tina as soon as I walked in the store. She was the only worker who greeted me, and she is the reason why I will continue to shop at this location. She did an amazing job helping me find a dress for a wedding, and I am so grateful. Her customer service skills are impeccable, and if she isnt already a manager, then she definitely should be. Tina, I say thank you for making my time at Windsor such a pleasant experience. Great customer service is a lost art in many places these days. It is always refreshing to be reminded its not completely nonexistent.
