        Donovan Brooks-Mack is Awesome. He has a calm while you are going through this process that is unmatched. Very attentive, personable, and hard at work for his clients. I'm so glad that Phoenix Mortgage Specialist was there for my husband and I because this was an unbelievable journey. By the way, the Owner, Luscious is by far the best I've had doing this journey of mortgage shopping. When he say we'll get it done. That's what he means. And his team exudes the same qualities.         Close on house 2 years ago interest rate was 4.1 at the time Luscious Mack said 2day or so that he forgot to lock rate and gave me a 4.750 interest rate do not go here
