Very disappointed! Ive used them for years and typically without issue. However after one of our employees called and spoke to the person I told him to speak with I was extremely unhappy with the conversation that took place. So I called and spoke with her myself, feeling better about the situation I sent over the requested information. Then waited three weeks and called back, it was almost like I was inconveniencing her with asking for help with a simple business card design. So gave her the benefit of a doubt and waited two more weeks before emailing again. Only to be told Im extremely busy and it takes time, well found another printing company that accommodated us the next day. Well take all of our companies printing elsewhere going forward, sad!

Eric with Allegra Marketing and Printing was incredibly quick and accommodating in helping with my printing project for labels. He responded promptly to my inquiries and made sure to meet my tight deadline. The quality of the labels was excellent, and I highly recommend their services.
