My experience was great! The technician literally saved my weekend! All I wanted was my brand new tires mounted on my existing wheels. I purchased tires from another "Big Box" (Corporate ran) establishment. Due to a concern with much needed hub rings that I absolutely cannot find and will have to have custom made, they refused to mount the tires. I totally understand the concern and liability behind it so I'm not upset. I told the technician at Gold Keys about my prior endeavor. He expressed his concern but I assured him all I needed was to have them mounted and I will take care of the rest myself. (I do my own mechanics and am platinum certified in my field. I just don't have a tire mounting machine yet.) He worked with me and got it done! Extremely grateful for his service. Thank you!!! You saved my weekend! I will be sending worthy customers your way in the future!

The guy they was VERY HELPFUL. He didn't let me waste my money. He offered me an alternative to buying a brand new tire. He's very helpful & funny ! I will definitely be back if I have any other tire issues.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, especially for small businesses however, my experience here was awful I'm not sure if the guy that was helping me was the manager or not but whoever that was he had the worst customer service. I would suggest going elsewhere for your tire needs.
