I had the privilege of working with a great team and Executive Director. Beautiful community with a phenomenal care platform. It was a great experience and I'm thankful to have been a part of a wonderful team!!

We recently moved my mother in Sunrise of Johns Creek and she is quite happy. The facility is clean and very well maintained. She loves daily activities and the kindness and personal attention she receives. The staff including sales manager Marisa, administrator Perry and Semone made sure that my mothers move went off easy and smooth. Nursing, dinning, cleaning, and maintenance staff are always friendly, helpful and ensure my mother is comfortable and engaged. Sunrise of Johns Creek is a wonderful place! You can see and feel how much the staff cares about the residents. They treat them like family. Highly recommend!

Update- it seems my review has been suppressed/Hidden Im unsure why, i feel my review is a honest reflection of my experience. I did respond to the reply by emailing as requested however that email went unanswered. Update 2/1922024: still no communication During our visit on a Saturday afternoon, my husband and I were given a tour by the HR manager, the sales representative was unavailable or not there. While the facility itself was pleasant and clean-smelling, I found the smell of cigarette smoke on Roxann to be quite overwhelming. Our visit to the dementia unit revealed a concerning scene where residents appeared to be scattered throughout the unit some in kitchen area at tables with no food in front of them as they had been left there or forgot and some in the living room tv area left unattended, with no activities as per the schedule displayed. Due to these observations and the strong cigarette odor coming from the womans person we decided to curtail our tour prematurely, as we realized it did not align with our expectations for our loved one's care. I hope this feedback proves helpful to others considering this facility.

My husband had a short stay at Sunrise because he ended up needing a long-term skilled nursing facility. Even for that short time, we were extremely grateful for the help we received from the sales director, the care coordinator, the nursing staff (including the nurses aides and the med techs), PT/OT (which he was not well enough to do but they checked on him and communicated with me frequently), and the kitchen staff (who prepared meals that my husband LOVED). We so hoped that he could have recovered at the hospital and rehab so that he would have been able to return to Sunrise. It was our favorite place to be in these past 4 months of his disability. We appreciated the inviting home-like environment, the genuine care and concern all of the staff seemed to have for my husband, and the delicious meals that he raved about! Finally, every staff member seemed to know every residents name making every encounter warm and personablequite remarkable! Stephanie Ellis
