Would not do the agreed upon alterations and always trying to charge more. I overpaid on a very small alteration and told her to leave the hanging ribbons on the top as it originally was. She cut them off and did not sew them back in, charged a fortune for a small alteration and refused to fix what she had done when we picked it up. Also, always trying to charge the dry clean price for laundry shirts. I have had to catch them many times. We are not going back since they would not fix the alteration as she originally stated.
