        Had issues checking in with the third party booking service I used to book. All the staff was very nice and patient even though my reservation was a nightmare and caused them to endure hours of extra work. Shenel was very nice and helpful and her persistence eventually got me into my room. I have only great things to say about the staff here . I would definitely recommend this property and stay again!

        Amazing experience from walking in the door to the moment we left. My son has allergies and the awesome wonderful smell that hits you when you walk in the door isn't overpowering nor does it bother people with severe allergies. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, friendly and just overall kind. CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTS! We travel a lot, literally all over the world, and this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had so far. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN! Going forward I will be looking for Best Western hotels in the next places we travel to. I hope y'all have a member plan. I'm a lifer!!!! Safety: I felt comfortable walking to and from my car at night.
