Holiday Inn Atlanta-Gas South Arena Area, an IHG Hotel

I am a gold member, and this is by far the worst IHG hotel I have stayed in. Where to start? 1st room had underwear, stained sheets, and a dirty bathroom (bed was made however). I was so disgusted that I explained to the front desk that I didnt trust that any of the rooms were actually clean. They refused to give me my money back, and instead insisted on another room (after verifying the pics I took and emailed to them). 2nd room was infested with lady bugs (at least 12 found) and the room wreaked of bleach. After explaining to front desk that it smelled like someone literally dumped a half a gallon of bleach on the floor, they responded with, well at least it is clean. I have asthma, so I did my best to air it out. After spending the minimum amount of time in the room (sleeping only, because of the smell) I realized why house keeping doused the room in bleach in the first placeMOLD. My fianc and I were literally sick from the mold smell that we endured. Inattentive and unapologetic staff. Insect infestations, dirty rooms that are sure to give you respiratory problemsthat will cost you $150/night. Just SHUT IT DOWNshut this hotel down and stop pulling the bait and switch on IHG members. We deserve better. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that one would reach out to meIm still waiting.

The front desk clerk upon me checking in was excellent. Very pleasant smile and beautiful personality. Although I don't usually use Holiday inn. She made me feel very welcome and made me happy I chose your hotel. Rooms: Nice room. It needs a little TLC. The curtains need to be re-,hanged. They are falling down. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I found a used face towel in the chair at the desk.

Decent enough. WIFI absent over the week I stayed here.

This was one of the worst hotel rooms I've stayed in. The room was outdated and it t had bugs. The drain in the shower was completely exposed which was super unsafe. I will never book here again!!!
