Nubia is definitely an exemplar when it comes to real estate Agents. We were new in the US and new to buying a house. Nubia did a awesome job in explaining us the whole process of buying a house, in what areas to look for a house, whats important when buying and send us many interesting options. From the beginning I always had this feeling, which is very important to me, that her priority was to find the best home at the best deal for us, she is definitely NOT that kind of person that looks for what is best for her own. Once we found the right home and we were ready to make an offer, thats when Nubia started to make her magic, we got a great deal. The other important thing to me was that Nubias communication skills are at the highest level. The next house we are going to buy will be definitely with Nubia again.
