I contacted them about the water heater, and instead of pushing for their services, they asked me to contact the manufacturer, since the water heater was under warranty. This saved me money, and they came out and was very professional in switching out the gas controller that was shipped from the manufacturer. The guys also called me to let me know they were running a little late, and arrived on the next scheduled time. They switched out the gas controller quickly, and did all they could to try to light the pilot light. Service: Water heater repair
