Beyond a doubt, five stars! The main drain was clogged, so we leased a machine to snake it. We had tried to reach Ron earlier but were unable. He patiently answered my questions over the phone and set me an appointment for service a few hours later. Benjamin, his technician, came out right away and fixed the issue. Hopefully, we won't run into this issue again, but if we do, we'll be sure to give Ron a call.

Both Ron and Benjamin were affable, knowledgeable, and productive. They promptly identified the problem and repaired the leak. I had other businesses investigate the issue, but they were unable to pinpoint the source of the breach. Mr. Benjamin was dispatched to examine a problem with the drainpipe in our recently remodeled bathroom. Ron examined the plumbing and determined that our contractor improperly seated and sealed the commode to the drainpipe, causing water to leak into the crawlspace. When he removed the toilet to confirm what the problem was, he accurately identified the source of the water. He was upfront about what he believed the problem to be, didn't tell us any lies, and correctly identified the source of the water. Would highly recommend Duluth Plumbing - they are friendly, professional, and won't take you for a ride to make an additional dollar.
