Justin, Meg, and their crews were awesome from the beginning of the process. There were no pushy sales tactics, just honest professional work. They replaced our gutters and two sections of metal roofing that were installed incorrectly. We're thankful to have found and met them and will use Mighty Dog in the future for any exterior work! I was extremely pleased with Mighty Dog Roofing. They ran a promotion for a free roof inspection. Initially, I was skeptical because I feared they would use this as an opportunity to find issues with my roof and thus be in prime position for me to employ them. They performed a thorough assessment and, to my surprise, found my roof to be in great shape. Sure, there were some little things they identified that could be addressed, but they gave me peace of mind that my 15 year old roof had plenty of life left. After calling several companies to choose between, we made the wisest when we went with Mighty Dog. We were given our quote and it never wavered from those numbers. Unaware of what was going to transpire underneath our shingles, we ended up going with a whole new roof. Can I tell you that as business owners ourselves, how the professionalism exuded every step of our journey with them! I am one for open communication and Meg runs that office like Ive never seen exhibited by any other company! I didnt have one detail not extended to me throughout the whole process. She was amazing and it was just a smooth journey. Justin came out with his crew and didnt just supervise. He jumped in and was helping; he was cleaning, making runs, coming back, and doing what he does best. Work! Justin and Meg run one of the most professional businesses weve ever had the joy of coming into contact.
