If i could give zero i would, he subcontracted me to install gutters and he hasn't paid me anything and bringing up lies every single time if you reading this please report him to the police because im going to do that for giving me a false check he needs to pay for all the people he has scammed!!

Scam artist, would rate negative stars of I could. He is a good sales man, he takes a lot of money up front, starts the work, then told us he has a good deal on sod and a retaining wall, we gave him more money for this. Then starts the excuses that never end, work never gets done, and we are left with a HUGE mess. Find out the work he did was done completely wrong. He dumped a ton of trash in our yard, kept saying he would pick it up, but never does. Everyone in neighborhood stopped working with him. Reported to county about the trash and multiple families are suing. If the guys name is Julio stay away. He lies all the time. It is exhausting to try to deal with him.

Paid up front for services and of course nothing has happened and he Julio lies and says he's coming and never shows. He won't answer his phones and won't respond. He gives excuses and lies. Beware. This happened a week ago

0 Stars would be my choice. Eleuterio (alias per his arrest records "Julio") Jaramillo is a Scammer. He is making a living off of deposits for contract work that he never plans on doing. Check his background to include arrest records both in Dekalb and Gwinnett for theft by taking, fraud, felony, probation violation, etc. I unfortunately did not investigate his background before contracting with him for Constuction of fencing. He did some minor tree work for me in the past with no issues, so I had no suspicions. My mistake. Lesson learned. I entered into a contract with him to include specific dates - delivery of materials and labor work. Both dates came and went. I had to initiate the communication for him to respond. His responses were excuses and promises to start. To date, nothing has happened except the loss of my $$ deposit. Everything about him his fraudulent, his business to include addresses, phone numbers, name, etc. Fortunately, I have a copy of his Driver's License. I have filed a small claims case, reported him to Consumer Affairs, the BBB and FTC-GA Consumer Fraud Division BEWARE
