        I ordered gas lens collet body's. Received the order and found them to be very cheap in quality. We are a welding company and need quality consumables due to the amount of welding we do. I contacted the company via phone for a return and was given a very hesitant answer advising me to "just mail them back". I wasn't confident this was the proper procedure for a return so I sent an email requesting information for returning an item. They responded by wanting to know why I wanted to return them. I told them the truth, poor quality. They have now stopped responding to me. They will not respond to my emails now and I cannot get a hold of them via phone. Be very cautious when ordering from this company. I will NOT order anymore supplies from them and I will spread the word among my industrial connections to not do business with them.
