        If I could give no star I would. I was in a bad situation with my home owners insurance and needed a quick response. The girl that was helping never called back nor did she return any of my calls. Would never use this company. Horrible customer service!

        Great effort made by Brenda Hammond and Anthony Stevens to professionally and to devote the time to bring closure to our auto claim. Without going into all the specifics this claim required some extra time and effort to resolve and Brenda and Tony were always there when needed. Thank you guys!

It looks like there was some back and forth email communication between you and your agent and that they were able to provide one quote and were waiting on another to come in.
