        I am always amazed by Mimi. Her classes are original, difficult and flow extremely well. She is fun and funny while always challenging. Mimi has a warmth about her that is infectious and compelling at the same time. When I walk out of class it is with a sense of satisfaction and achievement. It really doesnt get any better than that! You ROCK Mimi!!

        I always love a Kadi class! Cardio is one of my favorites. Kadi keeps it moving so I get my heart rate up and I sweat a little! I always feel like I have done a good workout!

        Love the variety of classes and instructors. Im new to Pilates and appreciate the redirection and correction of form so I can get the most out of my class. I can already tell a difference in my strength and inches lost.
