Walton Fayetteville

I moved in at Walton Fayetteville four months ago and have loved living here so far! Erick and Lara have been so kind and welcoming and Joel was an absolute gem (some might even say a jewel ) to work with through the leasing and move in process. The facilities and grounds are kept so clean, fun events are planned every month for the community, and I love receiving the book selection Walton provides to its residents every month! Overall, very pleased with my decision to make Walton Fayetteville my home

My 4 year old daughter and I experienced an unknown bug infestation. We got bit for months only for the leasing agent Erick to suggest it was fleas and I dont even own any pets so I didnt understand his smart remark to me before he even knew what the bugs were himself (Erick did not want to take accountability so he tried to put the blame on anything except for Walton Communities) I had to contact corporate to enforce anything to be done and I had to be inconvenienced staying at a hotel multiple times while my apartment was being treated the bugs were coming from the property and the location of where my apartment was built, they were coming through the walls and windows, it was genuinely a nightmare. My daughter and I truly suffered. They didnt even want to take anything off of my rent or give me a new unit. Erick is a terrible person and has horrible customer service. Zero stars!

All of the staff are AMAZING and very helpful. Touring the apartments were so easy. Staff is honest, thorough, and friendly. Any area of the complex is always spotless.

Very clean and neat in REAL LIFE! What you see online about the property its even better in person. Helpful and honestly care about you and familys safety. Very very very friendly I love them.
