    We had three rooms and we had to cancel that third room and tried to get our money back because my family and I were trying to stay together but we had to buy another room so then we have been waiting on that call back for the $200 refund on that room also when we had tried to get the refund the employee at the front was catching a attitude and she was around her 80s but then we asked for the manager and this was at 8:45 on a Saturday night she said you will have to wait till the morning and this is the third employee that has told us that but when we come to the desk and ask for the manager oh guess what the manager is not here never come here please but the rooms are ok and the pool is also ok

    The rooms are nice enough for the price...it would have been better if the shower had been cleaned...it was disgusting. We received no housekeeping so be prepared to request it if you need it. The customer service is well below a one star...you can thank Miss Katrina for that. She is probably the absolute worst customer service agent I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. The way she yelled, talked over me and threw things around out of frustration was just simply unreal. So this, along with the fact that I am still waiting for someone to resolve my billing issues, is reason enough for me to never stay at another Holiday Inn Express ever again. I paid for my room in advance via Priceline ($175) and was billed again on arrival ($198), although I was told that I was only being billed the $50 incidental charge. The agent swiped my card with the understanding that I would only be charged $50. When I realized she overcharged me, I brought it to her attention...but to no avail. She had no clue how to correct this issue and advised me that she would open a claim with customer service and have someone call me back...that was Friday. I checked out of that room on Saturday morning but did not receive a receipt. Since I still had two other rooms on property until Sunday, I stopped by the front desk on Saturday evening and asked for a receipt for that room and was subsequently billed a third time. Every time I asked someone to help me I was told that a claim would be opened with customer service...apparently, no one at the property can correct the errors that are created at the property. I was told every single time that I spoke with someone that I would receive a call back within 24 hours. Today is Tuesday...I'm currently on hold with the call center for the past 30 minutes...I'm pretty sure nothing will be resolved. Everyone I talk to sends me to someone else and that person sends me to the person that sent me to them. If you choose to stay here, then please monitor your credit card...the money comes out immediately, even when it shouldn't and you probably won't ever see it again unless you dispute it with your bank. This property is really doing bad business. They know that Katrina is a problem and yet she's still there talking to people like she's crazy. The billing system is a nightmare...and no one cares to help you with anything.
