Poor customer service, this store does not prioritize mobile orders at all. Might as well waste your money, management needs to be contacted immediately for this location!

Me and my husband came here last night for a bowl they was out of Brown Rice, Fajita onion and peppers and nacho chips!! Everytime you go to Chipotle they are out of something

*EDITED on 4/9/2024 regarding incorrect order on 4/5/24: 0.5 stars is more accurate - save yourself the poor experience & don't go here, ESPECIALLY if you're vegetarian or have any other dietary/health considerations: staff and customer service just don't care, and you might get sick. I repeat - DO NOT try to eat here if you are vegetarian/vegan. period. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// My first & only time here was with a online pick-up order approx. 2 weeks ago, and it was the worst experience I've ever had at any food establishment. I'm not sure if it was due to the pandemic or just bad operating standards in general, but I don't think I'd ever return here. Especially not anytime soon. I won't list my grievances - there are too may & I don't feel like doing so. What disturbed me most was how exposed the food was & the terrible service. Vegetarian options: This Chipotle & the location in Stockbridge is not safe for vegetarians or vegans. Your food will contain meat. Dietary restrictions: got dietary restrictions? great! then don't go here!
