Thankfully, we fell into Cindy's and April's hands when we first began our online house search as we prepared to relocated from out of state. April was our assigned realtor, though due to our limited time in the area, we also had the privilege of having some showings with Cindy, as well. Their team was available 24/7 to answer our many questions along the way, they were instrumental in all steps of our financing and inspections, and they communicated all feedback, recommendations, and to-do's timely so that the process stayed on track. After our closing, they remained hands-on to ensure our family transitioned with ease. Talk about going the extra mile! Cindy's hard work and care made our first home buying experience a great one! We felt that she really listened when we expressed what we wanted in a new home and she also used our feedback during home tours to further refine our needs. Cindy was warm and caring; it was important to her to find us the home we loved. Her background in home building provided an extra level of insight into the homes we toured. We had alot of questions during the home shopping/buying process and Cindy patiently answered them all. She was available whenever we called and worked late to get documents in when needed. She was very organized and helped guide us through the entire process. Cindy helped ensure that the closing process went as smoothly as possible.
