In the summer of 2022 I was involved in a significant auto accident and sought out this practice because of reviews I read. The attorney who originally took the case retired right at the point I finished treatment. I was very concerned because a new attorney took over the case. My intent was to simply find another lawyer to represent me. I then spoke with the attorney who took over. Rob DeMetz took the time to listen to my concerns, helped me understand where we were and helped me arrive at the conclusion that I could be confident in his ability. From that point, Mr. DeMetz performed exactly as promised. During the process there were important decisions to be made and Robs ability to frame them properly allowed me to make the best decisions for my situation. He was able to negotiate a fair and equitable settlement. In fact, he negotiated a higher settlement than expected. From beginning to this final stage, Rob DeMetz has shown me I chose the right attorney. He has my highest recommendation. I can't say enough great things about Jon Brockman, Allen McDuffie and their whole team! I hired them when I was hitting a brick wall with the insurance company of the guy that hit my car. I was so frustrated and didn't know what to do. I googled attorney's near me they had great reviews so I called. This was during the holidays and Allen called me back himself within an hour. He was extremely kind from day 1. He and his staff kept me in the loop of what was happening with my case. If I called he always responded quickly. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable pursuing the settlement. I met Jon at the closing and was so impressed with how genuine and kind he is also. Both very down to earth and easy to talk to and at the end of the day truly did the best for me!
