Long's Backhoe, Grading & Septic

Last year this company installed a new septic tank and extended our field lines and did a wonderful job. Last week Ms Ruthann & Terry went way out of their way to help me over the phone with a huge problem they didnt create and didnt even have to help me with. These two were on 3 way call with me for nearly 30mins to an hour talking me through step by step on what to do, could have charged me to come out to my house but they didnt. They were both working while on the phone with me. When I tell you this was the best customer service Ive ever experienced they were awesome!
