        Let someone pull in the bay and get helped before they assisted me. The guy didnt have an appointment and all I needed was a tire plugged from a nail. They identified my issue and made me wait for 2 people that came after me. Finally got helped when I pointed out what happened and let them know I could do a patch myself. The manager pulled my car in and took care of it after hour and a half wait and a call to corporate.
